POWER BI GOVERNANCE
The default way to use Power BI is the same as Excel - each time you want to build a report, you connect to data, shape/model it and visualise it all within a single file with the reports shared in an ad-hoc/uncontrolled manner. Before long, large organisations face similar challenges to what they have experienced with Excel - thousands of reports and datasets with little visibility of what data is being shared and with whom.
